Your role

As a Business Manager, you’ll be responsible for the commercial and operational development of our activities in Flanders.
You will work closely with management to:

• Identify and grow new business opportunities,
• Manage and oversee consulting and recruitment projects,
• Ensure client and consultant satisfaction,
• Contribute directly to the company’s growth strategy.

Your profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, consulting or business development.
• Solid understanding of HSE roles and the Belgian industrial landscape (Dutch market knowledge is a plus).
• Trilingual Dutch / French / English (Dutch required).
• Entrepreneurial mindset, result-oriented, reliable and self-driven.
• Integrity, transparency, optimism and resilience are key.
