Opportunity Permanent Contract: Prevention Advisor Level 2 – Food Industry (Hainaut)

Our client, a major player in the food sector in Hainaut, is looking for a Level 2 Prevention Advisor to strengthen its HSE team and contribute to its strong commitment to health, safety, and well-being at work.

Your mission

In direct collaboration with the HSE Manager and production teams, you will be responsible for:

• Deploying and managing the prevention and safety policy on site;

• Participating in risk analyses and proposing appropriate action plans;

• Supporting modernization projects and regulatory compliance;

• Actively contributing to staff awareness and training;

• Collaborating with CP1 and all departments to ensure a safe and respectful working environment.

Profile sought

• Certified Level 2 Prevention Advisor in Belgium;

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an HSE role, ideally in an industrial or food environment;

• Good knowledge of the Belgian legal framework for safety and prevention;

• Autonomy, proactivity, and hands-on approach;

• Fluent French, knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
