Freelance / Permanent Contract: HSE Coordinator – Industrial Site Piping & HVAC (Rotterdam)

The Safety Hub is looking for an HSE Coordinator to join a large-scale industrial project: the construction of a new SEVESO site in Rotterdam.

This assignment, at the core of piping and HVAC activities, is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success and safety of a critical construction project.

Your mission

On-site, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating and supervising HSE safety across all piping and HVAC works;

• Ensuring compliance with SEVESO requirements and Dutch regulations;

• Ensuring risk prevention, awareness, and team training;

• Acting as the key contact between the client, subcontractors, and authorities;

• Conducting audits, inspections, and follow-up of action plans.

Assignment details

• Duration: 6 to 8 months;

• Location: Rotterdam (on-site presence required);

• Hours: 40h/week, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM;

• Start: mid-November 2025;

• Conditions: accommodation possible on-site.

Profile sought

• Proven experience in HSE coordination on industrial sites, with expertise in piping and HVAC;

• Knowledge of SEVESO regulations and industrial site safety;

• Languages: Dutch and English mandatory; French desirable;

• Hands-on mentality, leadership, and responsiveness in a demanding context.
