Opportunity Permanent Contract: HSE Manager (CP2 or CP1) – Industrial Production Site (Brussels)

Our client, a leading industrial player, is seeking a certified CP2 HSE Manager (minimum) for its production site in Brussels. You will play a key role in implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies within a demanding and multicultural environment.

Your mission

• Deploy and coordinate the HSE policy on-site;

• Identify risks (chemicals, processes, installations) and follow up on action plans;

• Participate in and/or lead CPPT meetings;

• Conduct audits, inspections, and HSE awareness campaigns;

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards;

• Support operational teams and subcontractors in applying best practices.

Profile sought

• Certified Level 2 Prevention Advisor in Belgium;

• Proven experience on an industrial production site (chemicals, pharma, or related sector preferred);

• Good command of French, with basic Dutch and English (languages used on-site);

• Practical experience in managing/leading CPPT meetings;

• Hands-on leadership, ability to unite teams and communicate effectively;

• Autonomy, rigor, and strong prevention-oriented mindset.
