Opportunity Permanent Contract: Prevention Advisor CP1 / CP2 – Special Techniques (Tertiary Construction)

Our client, a dynamic SME active in special techniques for tertiary construction, is looking for an experienced Prevention Advisor (CP1 or CP2 with the ambition to progress to Level 1).

You will join a human-scale company, recognized for its technical expertise and the diversity of its projects.

Your mission

In direct collaboration with management and site teams, you will be responsible for:

• Deploying and monitoring the prevention and safety policy within the SME;

• Conducting risk analyses and following up on corrective actions;

• Raising awareness, training, and guiding employees on risks related to special technical activities;

• Supervising compliance and safety on tertiary construction sites (offices, hospitals, schools, etc.);

• Proactively suggesting improvements for HSE practices.

Profile sought

• Level 1 or Level 2 Prevention Advisor with the goal to progress to Level 1;

• Proven experience in the tertiary construction sector and special techniques;

• Practical and in-depth knowledge of risks related to:

  • Electrical installations;

  • Work at height;

  • HVAC installations;

• Strong hands-on skills and enjoyment in collaborating with operational teams;

• Pragmatic, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
