Your Responsibilities

Reporting to the regional leadership team, you will:

• Define and deploy the HSE & site operations strategy across approximately five industrial sites;

• Ensure regulatory compliance and act as a trusted contact for authorities and representatives;

• Develop a strong safety culture through audits, training, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives;

• Oversee energy performance and drive sustainability initiatives in line with ISO standards (ISO 14001, ISO 50001);

• Lead and support the HSE team, ensuring operational excellence;

• Contribute to regional strategic decisions in direct collaboration with management.

Your Profile

• 5+ years in a senior HSE role, ideally in a multi-site industrial environment;

• Level 1 Prevention Advisor (or equivalent);

• Solid knowledge of ISO standards and HSE legislation;

• Recognized leadership, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills;

• Bilingual NL/EN, with professional French proficiency.
